As the Principal of Miami Sunset Adult Education Center, I am proud of the dedicated combined effort of the administration, faculty, and staff. We are succeeding in our goal to meet the challenge of keeping the strength and discipline necessary to help our students and community move forward to create better lives for themselves.
I am proud of the students who have endeavored to be part of the Sunset Adult family.
Together, we have created a plan of action to provide a diversity of courses to assist our students in meeting their goal of obtaining a diploma in many areas: ESOL, ABE/GED, High School, and Vocational, which opens the doors of success for them.

Mission Statement
Miami Sunset Adult and Community Education Center exists to serve the unique academic, physical, social, and emotional needs of students who are in a special and critical period of their lives. The staff is committed to creating and maintaining an orderly, trusting, and caring environment. Teaching and learning are exciting and students are assisted as they improve performance. All aspects of the school’s organization and curriculum are student based and designed to accommodate individual learning styles so that all experiences succed.
